Upon making a reservation, you will receive an online check-in form. This form allows you to complete your personal details and optionally provide corporate information if you require an invoice. Invoices will be sent to your email within 1-2 business days following your check-out.
Additionally, you'll receive a detailed guidebook for your stay which includes helpful information such as maps, dining options, delivery services, Wi-Fi passwords, and more.
CHECK IN: Starts at 14:00 p.m. and you're free to settle into your apartment any time after. Our late check-in service is available for your convenience, even after midnight. Feel free to check yourself in using the keyboards and safe box located at the property entrance and beside the door of the apartment. The code is received on the day of your arrival via email/SMS/What's App when check-in opens (14:00-14:15 pm).
CHECK OUT: Is until 11:00 a.m. Feel free to check out early if needed! Just make sure to leave the keys in the safe box and close the door securely behind you. Late check out is regrettably not available.
