We operate with a self-service check-in system using codes for a seamless and flexible arrival experience.
Located in the quiet and safe neighbourhood of Artemida, just 100m from the sea and very close to the high street and only a short walk away from banks, supermarkets, all-day bars, coffee shops, pharmacies etc.
Nautilus Apartments are perfect for those looking for a comfortable and central accommodation by the sea.
Guests also have access to our small lobby on the ground floor to spend some time there.
While we do not offer breakfast services, each property is equipped with a Nespresso machine, coffee capsules, and tea for your convenience.
Upon making a reservation, you will receive an online check-in form. This form allows you to complete your personal details and optionally provide corporate information if you require an invoice. Invoices will be sent to your email within 1-2 business days following your check-out.
Additionally, you'll receive a detailed guidebook for your stay which includes helpful information such as maps, dining options, delivery services, Wi-Fi passwords, and more.
CHECK IN: Starts at 14:00 p.m. You can check in anytime after that, even late at night or after midnight. Use the keypad at the entrance to get in and the safe boxes beside each door to collect your keys. The access codes will be sent to you on the day of arrival via email/SMS/WhatsApp when check-in opens (14:00-14:15 pm).
CHECK OUT: Is until 11:00 a.m. Feel free to check out early if needed! Just leave the keys in the safe box and close the door securely. Late check out is regrettably not available.
Nautilus Loft Room is a brand new apartment, renovated in full in 2017. It is lavishly furnished, with attention to detail, modern colours and summer decorating accessories.
The stylish, naturally lighted apartment is approximately 70m² and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. It is found on the third floor of an elegant building. It includes high speed Wi-Fi internet and a flat screen TV. It also has double glazed windows. The main area includes a cosy living room and a fully-equipped modern kitchen with a table and chairs. The living room consists of a double sofa and a coffee table. From the living room you can access the hallway that leads to the two bedrooms. The first one bedroom has a double bed and the other one has a bund bed - a special choice for the kids. Each bedroom has an ample closet space. There is, of course, a beautifully finished and restored bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also a big sun terrace, overlooking the city and the sea.
Nautilus Superior Rooms are brand new apartments, renovated in full in 2017. They are lavishly furnished, with attention to detail, modern colours and summer decorating accessories.

They are found on the first and second floor of an elegant building (with lift or stairs). They include high speed Wi-Fi internet and flat screens TV. They also have double glazed windows. The main area includes a cosy living room and a fully-equipped modern kitchen with a table and chairs. The living room consists of a double sofa-bed, one coffee table and a TV stand. From the living room you can access the hallway that leads to the two bedrooms. The two of these apartments include two bedrooms with two double beds and the other two apartments have one bedroom with one double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. Each bedroom has an ample closet space.
There is also a beautifully finished and restored bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also a balcony, overlooking the city.
Our Standard Apartments (S1 & S2) are modern, fully renovated accommodations designed to provide comfort, functionality, and a relaxing atmosphere. Tastefully furnished with contemporary décor, elegant colours, and carefully selected details, they offer an ideal setting for couples, families, and small groups.
Each apartment is approximately 45 sq.m. and is located on the ground floor of our elegant building. Both apartments feature high-speed Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, double-glazed windows, and a modern kitchenette with a dining area.
The apartments differ only in their sleeping arrangements. S1 accommodates up to 3 guests and features one double bed and one comfortable sofa bed, while S2 accommodates up to 4 guests and offers either two single beds or one double bed, along with one comfortable sofa bed.
Each apartment also includes a wardrobe, a coffee table, and a stylish bathroom with a modern walk-in shower, providing everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
